PRODUCT
Trutee Golf is the platform I am building to modernize golf course operations. It includes a real time tee sheet, automated waitlists, multi course booking, point of sale and payments, and AI powered reporting. I design the experience, build the product, and work directly with course operators to create fast and intuitive tools that replace outdated legacy systems.
The platform includes usage-based pricing, integrated payments via Stripe, and role-based permissions for multi-course organizations. I handle everything from system architecture to visual design to frontend code.
Merchants needed a clearer way to understand duties, taxes, and shipment statuses across carriers. I redesigned the dashboard into a more focused, modular layout that simplified data and guided the next action. This reduced support load and increased usage of advanced cross-border features.
Led the design at Zonos for the internal design system called Amino. Amino included basic primitives for UI layers and complex "blocks" in MDX for marketing and documentation.
Led the design of updating the Zonos Cipher and Logo. Creating a custom font for the wordmark and reversing the original Cipher into a stencil or cut-out to increase the visual weight to coincide with the new font.
PAST EXPERIENCE
Lead UX Designer @ Zonos
2022-2025
Cross-border commerce and logistics serving 100K+ merchants
I oversaw the design for Zonos' core cross-border commerce and logistics products, used by over 100,000 merchants and multiple international postal carriers. I designed a mobile application for duties and tax collection, a multi-carrier shipping dashboard, and a unified design system that supported major enterprise deals.
Designed pricing models, checkout flows, and account management systems that scaled from self-serve to Enterprise.

Property management software for 20K+ communities
I spearheaded a company-wide design system used across Entrata’s entire product suite. The system included patterns for pricing, billing, and account management used across all products. I redesigned onboarding and workflow experiences to reduce complexity and help unlock more than $10M in pending customer contracts.
