PRODUCT
Trutee Golf is the platform I am building to modernize golf course operations. It includes a real time tee sheet, automated waitlists, multi course booking, point of sale and payments, and AI powered reporting. I design the experience, build the product, and work directly with course operators to create fast and intuitive tools that replace outdated legacy systems.
Led the design of updating the Zonos Cipher and Logo. Creating a custom font for the wordmark and reversing the original Cipher into a stencil or cut-out to increase the visual weight to coincide with the new font.
Merchants needed a clearer way to understand duties, taxes, and shipment statuses across carriers. I redesigned the dashboard into a more focused, modular layout that simplified data and guided the next action. This reduced support load and increased usage of advanced cross-border features.
I designed the Zonos Prepay mobile app after a new U.S. executive order required import duties to be collected before packages could be shipped to the United States. International post offices had never done this before. In just three months, our team built and launched a mobile app with Canada Post and others that made the process simple. It reached more than 100,000 users within a few weeks and kept international shipments flowing instead of being stopped at the border.
New U.S. regulations required merchants around the world to collect import taxes upfront. I redesigned Zonos onboarding to make this setup simple and fast. More than 50,000 merchants joined within weeks, and more than 20 international postal services, including 8 of the top 10, now use it to keep shipments moving.
